This shot sheet shows notes and actions we have done while filming, by making notes while filming we have an understanding of how we are filming and what we are filming and when needing to film on different days by looking at this sheet we will knows what we need to have in the number of different shot helping us have the correct continuity in the shots we have done and reduces confusion between all people who are shooting. By having the shot sheet is makes everything more organized.

The call sheet basically helps the people on set be more organsized with who and what is on the set, invovling time arragements and making everyone who is needed be on time when they are meant to be also to help remember equipment that is needed on the shooting day.

  1. Very good. The crucial thing now is to make sure that your script and storyboard are tight, and that your team are fully prepared. I would aim to get a production schedule in place as soon as possible, with specific dates/ times/ places linked to the script/ sboard (you could create some simple one-liners based on your documentation). Remember - this all needs to be in place and shot by the end of January
