Film Senero

The idea of our film is to make it consist of everyday situations that many women will have had occur in relationships so will be able to relate back to what is happening with the character. Our film idea is to have a female at the age of 25, to have faced many problems relationships wise. She is going to be shown to have never been lucking in love, so she has been in a number of on and off relationships and numerous one night stands- 16 men. During the film we are going to have the two characters Zoey and Donna looking back on Zoey’s relationships and they talk about the different types of love in each man. The film will show each of the 16 relationships Zoey has had with these men, showing the laughter, happiness, heartbreak and the make ups during their time spent together. With the help of her best friend Zoey realises that one of the men she met many years ago is the one she is actually in love with.

Film Opening

We wanted to show the everyday normal life of a women who is having problems with her love life, but as we are doing romantic comedy we have to add a twist. We are going to have the main character known as Zoey coming home from work, as she potters around the house heading towards the kitchen she will be taking her work clothes off to reveal that she already has her PJ’s on underneath. The character will reach into the freezer, get a huge tub of ice cream and grab some other sweets and head upstairs to bed to put on a film about love and passion (music will be playing while this is all happening.) As the character gets into bed and the film plays the music will stop, suddenly she will start to hysterically cry and chuck some sweets at the telly as she shouts out things that are wrong in her love life. The characters phone will ring, and her best friend known as Donna will be on the other end. A split screen of the phone call will be used. We will then cut to her friend Donna being outside Zoey’s house stating that she is going to come and join her. Donna will enter Zoeys room, take the ice cream off Zoey and the scene will end.
